I am making a complaint on the attedents working with this agency. They are rude and unprofessional, and sould not be in this line of work if they cannot help provide resolutions to the problems the consumer is calling in refference to. The attendent i spoke with used offensive lanuage and and then would not give me her name after i asked what it was because she knew she would lose her job but since all conversations are recorded someone should be able to help me with this situation and come to the conclusion of who i spoke with. I will continue to pursue this and take frther action untill supervisor Donnie Jackson handles this request and gets to the bottom of whom i spoke with the date of August 4th 2008.
