We were told even though we did not agree with the overall bill, that if we paid something that we would not be reported to the credit bureau, they lied and reported us, we had a cell phone (family plan) and my mother
had gone into a nursing home, we wanted to terminate her line, but they charged us for the termination fee,
also our home phone with Verizon, we cancelled the service, and they wanted us to pay more than what we owed.
This collector's practices are deceptive.
